These are mostly made up of trampolines, which are horizontal elastic structures that are placed at a certain height on a platform to be used as a spring and propelled to jump. In these leisure centers, more and more children and adults are enjoying this type of activities, so they are familiar with them. Objective: to conduct a systematic review about the benefits that can be obtained in the field of physiotherapy through the use of a trampoline. Material and method: a bibliographic search was carried out in the databases Medline, PEDro, PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science using the terms Medical Subject Headings (Mesh) Rehabilitation and the keywords Trampoline and Physical Therapy. Results: once the inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied, 11 RCTs were obtained that used trampoline in their interventions. These studies have demonstrating benefits improving balance, postural control, lower limb strength and metabolic changes, both in healthy patients and in patients with pathologies or elderly people. Conclusion: the trampoline has been shown to have benefits for all the variables analyzed, improving the adherence to treatment in both healthy and unhealthy subjects.
