Abstract

Background: Cervical disc herniation is one of the most common spinal disorders in the world.Patients with cervical disc herniation(CDH) often experience a complex interaction between physical and psychological health issues that contribute to increased pain intensity and functional disability. The study aimed to evaluate health issues,pain intensity,and neck disability regarding patients with herniated cervical disc. Research design:A descriptive research design was utilized. 
Setting: The study was conducted in neurosurgery department at Accidental Hospital and neurosurgery out patient clinic at Zagazig University Hospitals.
