Abstract

Background: Career plateau among nurses refers to a sense of stalled career growth that may reduce motivation and engagement. This can limit innovative work behaviour. The aim of study was to assess nursing staff perception regarding career plateau and innovative work behavior among nurses atZagazig University Hospitals. Research design: This study was conducted using a descriptive research design. Setting: This study wasconducted at Zagazig University Hospitals.
