Background: Kidney Transplantation is a surgical procedure in which a healthy kidney is implanted into a person with End-Stage Renal Disease or chronic kidney failure. This study aimed to evaluate nursing performance and therapeutic regimen compliance of patients post renal transplantation. A descriptive design was utilized.
