Abstract

Background: Type 1 diabetes mellitus (TIDM) is one of the most common chronic endocrine disorders affecting children and adolescents worldwide and is frequently associated with multiple metabolic and nutritional disturbances. Among these, vitamin D deficiency and iron  deficiency anemia (IRON DEFECIENCY ANEMIA) have emerged as important comorbidities
