Abstract

Background: Stable coronary artery disease (SCAD) remains a major contributor to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality worldwide despite substantial advances in diagnostic imaging and preventive cardiology. Accurate identification of hemodynamically significant coronary lesions is essential for guiding revascularization decisions and optimizing patient outcomes.
