Abstract

Background: Distal penile hypospadias represents the most common form of hypospadias, accounting for nearly 70% of cases, and continues to be a focal point of innovation in pediatric urologic and reconstructive surgery. Surgical correction aims to achieve a functionally straight penis with a terminally positioned meatus and satisfactory cosmetic appearance
