Background: Femoral neck fractures represent a major public health concern, particularly among elderly osteoporotic patients, due to their association with high morbidity, mortality, and socioeconomic burden. Osteoporosis compromises bone quality, making internal fixation unreliable and increasing the risk of fixation failure, nonunion, and reoperation.
