Abstract

Background: Health care organizations are facing many challenges such as competitive workplace, stressors, and conflicts between staff nurses. In such climate, staff nurses experience a variety of complications and career insecurity which interns can lead to high turnover rate, increase cost in training  & recruitment of new staff nurses
