Abstract

Background: Despotic leadership fosters a negative work environment, leading to work withdrawal behavior and acquiescent silence as employees disengage to avoid conflict or retaliation. The aim of study was to assess the relationship between despotic leadership, work withdrawal behavior, and acquiescent silence.
