Abstract

Background: Background: Adolescence is a critical developmental stage characterized by rapid physical, emotional, and social changes. Non Suicidal Self Injury refers to the deliberate, self-inflicted harm to one's body tissue without suicidal intent. Most commonly through behaviors such as cutting, burning, or hitting oneself. It has gained growing attention as a widespread mental health issue, especially among adolescents and young adults
