Abstract

Cancer is the cause of the disease worldwide public health issue.  Chemotherapy is the most widely used treatment for 
cancer; however its effectiveness is not ideal mostly because of nonselective toxicity.  In the current studies 
nanoparticles prepared using 5-flurouracil for the treatment of cancer.  Studies of Nanoparticles on different parameters 
like In-Vitro drug release, drug entrapment, particle size determination, blood level studies.
