Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurobehavioral disorder beginning in childhood with a recurrent pattern of inattention, hyper activity – impulsiveness outside the range of developmental expectations which can affect the functioning of individuals regarding academics and social domains (1, 2)ADHD is characterized by impaired attention, disorganization, and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity. Inattention and disorganization include failing to pay attention, appearing not to listen, and losing materials needed for activities at levels that are inconsistent with age or developmental stage
