Introduction: Stress arises from an individual's perception of their external or internal environment, and can lead to distress and anxiety, impacting physical and mental well-being. Effective Stress management techniques, such as Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation and positive affirmations techniques, offer relief. In a quasi-experimental study on 50 nursing students, 25 in each group aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of positive affirmations and Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation in reducing stress levels
