Abstract

The quality of life (QoL) is a multidimensional construct encompassing physical, psychological, social, and environmental well-being. This study aimed to assess the baseline QoL of urban middle-aged housewives and evaluate the effects of an integrated intervention consisting of yogic practices and Preksha meditation on these domains.
