Abstract

This study investigates whether stronger Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection fosters innovation in Kashmir’s pharmaceutical sector. Using a quantitative research design, primary data were collected through structured questionnaires from professionals and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry, employing a convenience sampling technique. A total of 382 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS for descriptive and inferential statistics, while Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) were employed to test the hypothesized relationships.
