Abstract

Physical education (PE) plays a vital role in promoting mental well-being and reducing  stress among students. This study explores the connection between regular participation in PE activities and improvements in mental health, including reduced anxiety, depression, and stress levels. Through a review of existing literature and empirical data, the research highlights how physical activity stimulates endorphin production, enhances mood, and fosters social interactions that contribute to emotional resilience
