Abstract

Background: Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS) is designed from the American Heart Association (AHA) for health care providers who either direct or participate in the management of respiratory and/or cardiovascular emergencies and cardiopulmonary arrest in pediatric patient. Aims of the study: The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of educational program on nurses' performance regarding Advanced Pediatric Life Support during cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pediatric intensive care unit.
