The report's research shows that initiatives to increase employee engagement and promote B2B
collaboration are not easy to execute. This includes things like resistance to change, a lack of
resources, and difficulties in communicating. Regardless, the research emphasises the significance
of overcoming these obstacles to reach goals for B2B collaboration and employee engagement.
Strategies that promote B2B collaboration and boost employee engagement are investigated in this
case study with the aim of increasing the organization's revenue.
