Abstract

Classroom practice has been and is being influenced by a wide variety of educational
methods. While each strategy works towards its own objectives, it considers the
contributions of the others. Having a strong rapport between a teacher and student is much
more crucial than having excellent teaching tactics. When exceptional professors, or even
better, exceptional instructors, are partnered with similarly competent students, they may
accomplish miracles via a mutually beneficial exchange of information and abilities. Great
teachers create a welcoming environment for their students regardless of their teaching style.
Students may develop more independence in their study when they are given a safe and
encouraging environment.
