During its investigation, the report reveals the inherent difficulties of implementing programs meant
to boost employee engagement and encourage B2B cooperation. Obstacles to communication,
limited resources, and reluctance to change all fall under this category. Despite this, the report
stresses how important it is to conquer these challenges in order to achieve objectives for B2B
cooperation and employee engagement. In order to increase the organization's income, this case
study explores tactics that encourage business-to-business cooperation and increase employee
engagement. The main goal is to analyse how programs that aim to increase employee engagement
and foster business-to-business cooperation affect revenue creation.
