Abstract

In order to determine the impact on company results and employee morale, researchers examined
SHRM and HR practises in the PRC. Additionally, the effect of business ownership on the groups
was studied. In a sample of Chinese enterprises operating across diverse sectors and locations,
there was a noticeable disparity in the rising adoption of strategic human resources management
(SHRM) and human resources practices between privately owned firms and SOEs and FIEs.
Results in financial performance, operational efficiency, and an environment of mutual respect and
collaboration among workers are positively affected by SHRM and HR practises.
