Abstract

A lot of changes are happening at businesses because people don't know what the future holds in terms
of employment. Due to rising customer expectations, new technology that are upending longestablished business procedures, and shifting worker habits, the necessity to be quick on one's feet and
creative has intensified in recent years. Because of these shifts, companies are starting to see employee
experience as a critical strategic priority. To address these new issues in the workplace, the employee
experience conceptual framework has emerged, a product of the growing importance of humancentered design methods in HR and organizational development. Professionals in this new area of
study still lack a firm grasp of employee experience design, its significance, and the ins and outs of
its creation and management. So, these are the primary research foci for this essay's examination of
the employee experience.
