Making better use of accounting data to support management decision making is the overarching
goal of the project. Accounting, financial, and managerial accounting information standards are
covered in this book. The researcher will also investigate potential ways in which accounting
data might be used to inform management's decision-making process. They completed the task
by recognising the critical role that accounting data plays in management's decision-making
process. Financial data that is easily available also aids in controlling and planning operations,
both strategically and tactically. Lastly, the project's scope helps draw conclusions about the
problem's nature and how to solve it in a way that ensures perfect management.
