Abstract

The study investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and the workplace
environment among female employees, focusing on key components of EI such as self-awareness,
self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. The paper discusses the significance of
emotional intelligence (EI) in the workplace, particularly focusing on the ability to understand
and manage one's own emotions as well as the emotions of others. It highlights that high emotional
intelligence enables individuals to identify their feelings and understand their implications and
impacts.
