Types of Disability and Employment Among Differently Abled Persons in Kerala: An Analysis Based on the 2015 Disability Census

The present study comprehensively examines employability based on the types of disabilities among differently abled persons in the state of Kerala, India. Based on data from the Kerala Disability Census conducted in 2015, the study provides a basis for analysing employment disparities within the disabled population. The study classifies employment status into three groups: permanent, temporary, and unemployed.
