Abstract

Endometrial cancer is the sixth most common cancer in women globally, necessitating improved predictive tools. This study evaluates artificial intelligence (AI) models for enhancing risk stratification in pre- and postmenopausal women. This retrospective cohort study was conducted at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital between January 2019 and May 2024, including 227
consecutive female patients aged ≥30 years with symptoms warranting endometrial evaluation. Patients were randomly divided into training and validation sets (80:20).
