Abstract

Background: Adolescent mental well-being is often compromised by insufficient awareness, prompting exploration of 
school-based health education programs to improve psychological outcomes and overall life quality worldwide. Objective: 
This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of health education curricula on adolescent mental health indicators and well-being, 
while identifying factors influencing program success at multi-center tertiary hospitals in Bangladesh.
