Abstract

The 2008 Global Financial Crisis (GFC) was one of the most severe economic downturns in modern history, necessitating swift and innovative responses from central banks worldwide. This study examines the strategies adopted by major central banks, including the Federal Reserve (USA), the European Central Bank (ECB), the Bank of England, and the Reserve Bank of India, to mitigate the crisis's impact.
