Abstract

This study examines gender differences in digitalization adoption in STEM education in Delhi and Tamil Nadu, India, using the UTAUT2 model. It explores key determinants—performance expectancy, social influence, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, price value, hedonic motivation, habit, and perceived ubiquity—that influence technology adoption among women in STEM. By applying the UTAUT2 model, the research enhances the understanding of the factors shaping women's use of digital technologies.
