Abstract

Cerebral palsy (CP) remains the most prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder in children, frequently leading to significant
disabilities that impact their daily lives and overall development. Among the various subtypes of CP, hypotonic cerebral
palsy is notably the rarest, with a prevalence consistently reported to be below 5% of all CP cases. The clinical manifestations
of hypotonic CP are intricate, involving a multitude of motor and non-motor impairments, which pose substantial challenges
in both assessment and management. These complexities necessitate a comprehensive and nuanced approach to care.
