Abstract

Background. Pharmaceutical supply management is a managerial function within the Pharmacy Unit, which is the sole provider of pharmaceutical supplies, including medications, medical devices, and consumables. Inventory management is a method of controlling inventory to ensure timely ordering at optimal costs.
