Abstract

1.1.2 Background: Flatfoot, a common foot deformity, significantly impairs daily activities and quality of life by causing foot, ankle, and lower leg pain, especially with prolonged standing or walking. It leads to abnormal foot mechanics, altered gait, reduced mobility, and fatigue. 1.1.3 Objective: To investigate individuals with plantar pressure variations in their immediate response to the exercises through subgroup analysis, considering factors such as age, severity of flat feet, and other relevant participant characteristics.
