The aim of the study is to determine the level of knowledge of agricultural employees in the planning
process for transferring agricultural technologies for the yellow corn crop in Kirkuk Governorate in
general, and to determine the level of knowledge of agricultural employees in the planning process for
transferring agricultural technologies for the yellow corn crop in each stage of the study represented by
(preliminary stage, planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage), and to determine the
correlation between the level of knowledge of agricultural employees in the planning process in the
research area and the variables specific to employees represented by (age, gender, number of years of job
service, and participation in transferring agricultural technologies).
