Abstract

This study focuses on obsessive compulsive disorder which is one of the most prevalent disorders
in world as well as Indian population. Here we focused on investigating people diagnosed with
OCD and their comparison in rural and urban population in Indian population in hospitals.
Patient’s severity regarding OCD was diagnosed with YBOCS (yale brown obsessive compulsive
scale). There was no significance between OCD patients found in rural and urban population.
