Abstract

The formulation and evaluation of Nanostructured Lipid Carriers (NLCs) for targeted drug delivery systems is a crucial area of pharmaceutical research aimed at enhancing therapeutic efficacy and minimizing side effects. This dissertation focuses on optimizing NLC formulations by selecting appropriate materials, including various lipid types, surfactants, and model drugs.
