Abstract

Subacromial shoulder impingement (SSI) is a common clinical syndrome affecting the shoulder joint and exacts significant pain and dysfunction in an East Indian population. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of Thoracic Spine Manipulation (TSM) with that of Scapular Stabilization Exercises (SSE) in the treatment of Subacromial Shoulder Impingement (SSI). A randomized clinical trial was conducted with 80 participants diagnosed with SSI, divided
into two intervention groups: TSM (n=40) and SSE (n=40).
