.Abstract
Clear aligner therapy (CAT) has gained popularity due to its transparency, removability, and comfort, offering an effective solution for teeth realignment. The development of aligners has evolved significantly from single-layer plastics to advanced multilayer materials incorporating polymers like polyurethane, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG).
