Abstract

Purpose: This study's main goal is to investigate the connection between entrepreneurial resilience and
mentoring in the Bangalore startup scene. This study aims to offer useful insights for policymakers, mentors,
and aspiring entrepreneurs by analysing the elements that sustain entrepreneurs and the influence of
mentoring on their success.
Design/Methodology: The primary responses were collected from 384 entrepreneurs operating in urban
Bangalore using the Simple Random Sampling method through Survey Questionnaire. SPSS software was
used to examine the hypothesis through Simple Percentage Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and
Correlation Analysis
