Abstract

Background: Aloe vera has gained attention for its antioxidant, immunomodulatory, and anti
inflammatory properties, particularly in managing chemotherapy-induced inflammation in 
cancer patients. Aim: The purpose of this systematic review is to assess the potential benefits of 
aloevera in all cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy induced inflammation.
