Abstract

The digital payment landscape in India has undergone a significant transformation, presenting both opportunities and obstacles for small businesses. This study explores the unique perspective of small enterprises in navigating this evolving ecosystem by focusing on current trends, key opportunities, challenges, and the role of government policies in promoting digital payments. The COVID-19 
pandemic has catalysed changes in payment practices, pushing many small businesses to adapt quickly to digital channels.
