CLINICAL CASE: MONTEGGIA FRACTURE-DISLOCATION

The use of a clinical case allows us to see the therapeutic solution developed with clearly educa¬ tional ends. In this case we stick to a diagnosed patient of fracture-luxacidn of Monteggia type IV. With this clinical case we see the importance of the use of an external fixer for their immobilization, as well as the precocious setting-up of the physical therapy treatment, of face to the achievement of positive results in their evolution.
